At Busy Li’l Bri, we specialize in move coordination, unpacking, and home organization—but this isn’t just about making spaces look pretty. Our work is hands-on, fast-paced, and physically demanding. We lift, carry, sort, and organize, all while keeping track of every detail to make moves and transitions as seamless as possible for our clients.
This job isn’t for the faint of heart—you’ll be on your feet all day, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in high-energy environments, and adapting to shifting client needs. Every project is different, and our team thrives on problem-solving, teamwork, and efficiency.
How We Do It
Our approach is built on efficiency, empowerment, and support—not just for our clients, but for our team, too. We use a structured, color-coded moving and inventory system to ensure smooth transitions. Unpacking projects follow a clear checklist, ensuring that everything is set up quickly and correctly.
While we work as a team, this job also requires a high level of autonomy and independence. You’ll need to stay on task, think on your feet, and make smart decisions without constant oversight. If you like being hands-on and taking ownership of your work, this is the job for you!
Reliability & Accountability Matter
When you commit to a project, the team counts on you to show up and follow through. Every person plays a crucial role in making a move go smoothly—if someone doesn’t show up, it affects the entire team and the client experience. We are looking for people who take their commitments seriously, communicate clearly, and can be trusted to do what they say they will.
